Exercise is a must for anyone serious about getting healthier. Society has evolved much faster than our bodies. Humans are "hunter gatherers" designed for a life of activity. Our ancestors, just a few generations ago, had to work hard for their food. Our favorite exercise is free weight training. The reason is that because aerobics take lots of time and you truly have to warm your body up for 15-30 minutes just to get into the fat burning state. Most people don't have the time or dedication for that. With weight training you really only need 3-5 minutes of stretching before starting out with light weights to get your muscles and tendons loose. Weight training also keeps your body burning fat long after you have finished. We recommend having a good Herbalife protein shake within 30 minutes of your weight training routine. If weight training isn't your cup of tea, no problem. Pick an exercise that you can commit to for at least 90 days. After 90 days, you've created a habit and it'll be hard for you to go back to life without exercising.
