Ingredients:
2 scoops Dutch Chocolate Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
1/2 medium banana
2 teaspoons instant-coffee crystals
1 dash cinnamon
4 ice cubes

Directions:  Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix

Easy to make, delicious and nutritious to eat!

Ingredients
4  servings of Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla Shake
2 cups skim or soy milk
1 pkg Jello S/F, F/F instant white chocolate pudding
1/4 c Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter
1 ready made graham cracker crust
8 Tbsp lite whipped topping


Herbalife Pistachio Pie
Delicious Pie to lose weight with

Ingredients
1 cup of Vanilla Formula 1 Shake Mix
1 small package of Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding
4 tablespoons of Vanilla Protien Drink Mix
2 Cups of Water
1/2 of a graham cracker pie crust broken into bits and divided into 8 1 cup serving cups

Directions
Break up pie crust and divide 1/2 pie crust into 8 serving cups.
In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients thoroughly with 2 cups of water. Divide mixture evenly into 8 1 cup serving cups. Chill for one hour - top with whip cream and peacans if desired.

Number of Servings: 8
