I lost 25 lbs in my first month on this program and felt better than I can ever remember feeling. This Ultimate program covered all areas of weight loss for me - no junk food snacks because it comes with tasty healthy snacks, no feeling tired - the herbal concentrate tea gave me tons of energy and so did the nutrition in the shake and vitamins.
